At Laumei Leka, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. Because our products are custom-made and inspired by traditional Pacific designs, each item is unique.

1. Quality & Inspection

• All items are carefully inspected before shipping.
  

• Slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to the nature of fabric printing. These are not considered defects.
  

• Customers are responsible for following care instructions to maintain the quality of their order (e.g., allowing prints to fully dry before handling or wearing).
  

2. Refunds & Exchanges

• If an item arrives defective or damaged (e.g., smudges, tears, missing elements), please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  

• Refunds or exchanges will be provided at our discretion, after reviewing the issue. We may ask for a photo to verify the defect.
  

• Refunds for issues caused by customer handling or environmental factors (e.g., hanging items to dry incorrectly, exposure to moisture, sunlight, or heat) are not covered.
  

3. Time Considerations

• Since each order is handcrafted, any reprints or exchanges take time that could otherwise be spent fulfilling other orders. We ask for your understanding that time-sensitive requests may not be immediately fulfilled.
  

• We encourage customers to follow our care instructions to prevent common issues and ensure the best results from their custom items.
